JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-02-2024 In compliance of the order of this Court dated 29.07.2022 passed in CWJC No. 1923 of 2021, it is jointly submitted by the learned counsel for the parties that barring one, all the encroachments in question have been removed, however, the reason for non removal of the solitary encroachment is pendency of an appeal.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to agitate his subsisting grievances, by availing such other remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off.
