The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 411, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, total 550 kg of Chinese pea were recovered from four motorcycles.

Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation only on suspicion. It is submitted that petitioner has got no concern either with the seized motorcycle or with the Chinese peas. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38241 of 2021(4) dt.28-07-2022 2/2 within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Araria in connection with Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 124 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
