The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Raghopur P.S. Case No.91 of 2016 under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named 9 persons including the petitioner and alleged that the petitioner repeatedly assaulted him with iron rod on his head and on parts of the body. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant got one injury which is lacerated wound on head. There is no other injury on the body of the informant. The occurrence took place due to land dispute. Other accused persons have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail. It appears that one lacerated wound 2" x 1/2 " x 1/2 " was found over the scalp of the

Considering the facts aforesaid and occurrence took place due to land dispute and the informant got simply injury on account of assault made by the petitioner, petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Birpur (Supaul) in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No.91 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
