1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Brahmpura P.S. Case No.221 of 2023.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that the petitioner being the Deputy General Manager, PIU, Muzaffarpur has committed some irregularities during his tenure including transfer of money of the Corporation in the Bank account of his family members and himself. Further allegation is that the petitioner opened a fixed deposit without permission of the appropriate authority amounting to Rs. 13,43,00,000/- in Utkarsh Small Finance Bank in the name of PIU, Muzaffarpur.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and has no connection with the amount of alleged embezzlement. Further submits that petitioner is a junior employee of the Corporation and had worked under the then D.G.M. The total embezzlement amount has been deposited by Shivanand, the then DGM. It is next submitted that petitioner has nothing to do with the FD amount or the embezzled amount. There is no conspiracy on the part of the petitioner and the embezzlement amount has been deposited by Shivanand. It is next submitted that the main accused, Shivanand has already been granted regular bail vide order dated 01.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.52523 of 2024.
5. The learned APP opposes the anticipatory bail application.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent and also taking into account that the main accused, Shivanand has already been granted regular bail vide order dated 01.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.52523 of 2024, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with
