This petition has been filed for restoration of M.A. no. 98/2011 which stood dismissed due to noncompliance of order dated 30.6.2014 of this court. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that unfortunately, the aforesaid misc. appeal could not be marked on 30.6.2014 and that is the reason order of this court could not be complied with.

Patna High Court MJC No.2675 of 2015 (3) dt.29-11-2017 In view of the aforesaid submissions as well as averments made in this petition, M.A. no. 98/2011 be restored to its original number and accordingly, this petition stands disposed of. However, petitioners must comply the order passed in M.A. no. 98/2011 within eight weeks.
