2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, co-accused Rahul Goswami got a SIM Card issued in the name of informant and sold the same to another person.

4. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of petitioner has surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Rahul Goswami. Petitioner is working as a private teacher and has got no concern with alleged SIM Card, but since co-accused Rahul Goswami is co-villager of petitioner and there is no good relation between their families, he has named this petitioner, as his companion. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - I, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S.
