JUSTICE HEMANT GUPTA) Date: 15-07-2016 The challenge in the present writ petition is to an order dated 12th April, 2012 passed by the Lok Adalat at the office of Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna Bench, Patna (hereinafter referred to as the 'Tribunal') and the communicated dated 1st September, 2014 issued from the office of Chief Post Master General, Bihar Circle, Patna We find the writ petition to be not maintainable, firstly that the order dated 12th April, 2014 is an order of settlement before the Lok Adalat, which is final. The other order i.e., communication dated 1st September 2014, is on behalf of Chief Post Master General, Bihar

Patna High Court CWJC No.4999 of 2016 dt.15-07-2016 2/2 Circle, Patna, which cannot be challenged before this Court in the first instance. The petitioner has to avail her remedy before the Tribunal. In view of the said fact, the present writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
