The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 133 of 2018 registered under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused persons namely Suraj Rai and Moni Devi have already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 15604 of 2019. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28005 of 2019(2) dt.29-04-2019 2/2 in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Ganag Bridge P.S. Case No. 133 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
