2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 498A, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. It is a case of torture and harassment for dowry.
4. Petitioner is gotini of the informant. Injuries caused by the accused persons were found to be simple in nature by doctor. Brother of the informant earlier lodged Udwantnagar Police Station Case No. 206 of 2023 under section 304B IPC against the petitioner and co-accused Mukesh Kumar Pandey which was found to be false on investigation. Petitioner is separate in mess and business. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31418 of 2024(5) dt.29-11-2024 2/2 mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Brahampur Police Station Case No. 667/2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
