The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 379, 354 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. For dispute relating to use of Rasta, an occurrence of assault, allegedly, took place wherein there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners also of commission of assault and theft.

Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date
