2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 02 of 2024 registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including the petitioner intercepted the informant on the point of gun and snatched his motorcycle, mobile phone and Rs. 6500/- cash and thereafter fled away.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. Further submission is that the wife of the petitioner is a ward

No.31623 of 2024(2) dt.22-05-2024 2/2 member of the village and she was elected on 13.11.2021 and due to political rivalry, the name of the petitioner has been dragged in this case. It is further submitted that the entire allegation against the petitioner is absurd and concocted.

5. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-I, Madhepura in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 02 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
