2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:
"(i) For issuance of a direction to the respondent No. 2 General Manager, Kotak Mahindra Bank to produce the notice dated 13.12.2022 issued by the respondent No. 6, Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Greater NOIDA in custody of whom the aforesaid notice dated 13.12.2022 as per
Patna High Court CWJC No.6821 of 2023 dt.16-05-2023 2/3 reply dated 05.04.2023 (Annexure - 3) to the legal notice dated 03.03.2023 (Annexure - 2) of the counsel for the petitioner existed and after production of the same be further pleased to quash the same Or Issue a direction to the respondent No. 6, Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Greater NOIDA to produce the notice dated 13.12.2023 before this Hon'ble Court who has issued the same to the Respondent No. 2, Bank as per reply dated 05.04.2023 (Annexure - 3) to the legal notice dated 03.03.2023 (Annexure - 2) of the counsel for the petitioner and after production of the same be further pleased to quash the letter notice dated 13.12.2022. (ii) For issuance of a direction for modifying/deleting the minus account of Rs. 62,64,215.25 paisa from the saving account of the petitioner bearing Saving Account No.054529668 within the stipulated period.
(iii) For a further direction to the respondent Bank not to coerce the petitioner for depositing the illegal entry made by them in the saving account of the petitioner.
(iv) To issue a direction to the respondent bank to allow to operate the account by depositing and withdrawing the amounts as well as also showing Rs. 7000/- of the petitioner's balance amount.
(v) For grant of any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner may be found entitled, be granted to the petitioner."
3. The petitioner has a remedy of submission of application under RTI Act and obtain relevant notice or order. Further, this Court has no territorial jurisdiction insofar as subject matter is concerned relating to issuance of any direction to the Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Greater NOIDA. Therefore, the present petition stands disposed of as not
