The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tr. No.1153 of 2020 arising out of Gaunaha P.S. Case No. 114 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that the other co-accused has been granted bail by the court below itself. He further submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner of taking any amount from anyone nor there is any proof of give and take with the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail custody since 10.02.2020.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28640 of 2020(4) dt.27-01-2021 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) only with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shree K.K. Shahi, learned J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Tr. No.1153 of 2020 arising out of Gaunaha P.S. Case No. 114 of 2014.
