The present writ application has been filed for execution of the order dated 10.06.2014, passed by the Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Sadar Motihari in Land Dispute Resolution Case No. 188 of 2013, as contained in Annexure-5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application to seek remedy for execution of the order under Section 15 of the Bihar Land Dispute Resolution Act, 2009.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the present writ application is dismissed as
