The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar Police Station Case No. 927 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25 (1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. After some arguments, when this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to renew the prayer for regular bail afresh after three months from today.

Permission is granted.
