Bihar University, Muzaffarpur as also learned counsels for the State.

So far as MJC No. 3075/2012 is concerned, it is now admitted that the order under contempt has been complied with in terms of the directions given therein. It is submitted that only the question of payment of ACP/MACP is involved which was not even under contemplation when the order was passed. In the above circumstances, the MJC No.

3075/2012 is disposed of.

So far as MJC No. 3024/2013 is concerned, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the directions of this Court by order dated 20.1.2016 has not been properly

Patna High Court MJC No.3075 of 2012 (11) dt.18-05-2016 3/3 complied as details have been given only for a little 3 years period whereas the detailed chart has been provided for the year 1983 itself. Thus, for the period 1983 to 1989, there is no detailed calculation chart.

The authorities of the BRA Bihar University are warned not to mislead this Court which they have sought to do. Learned counsel for the University ought to have verified the detailed chart as to whether it relates to the relevant period or not.

As a last indulgence, as prayed for by learned counsel for the BRA Bihar University, put up the matter on 22nd June, 2016.
