The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 107 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 308 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is to cause injury through Khanti at the head of the informant Dilip Das. Submission is that while the allegation is against the petitioner to cause injury at the head of the informant through Khanti but only one injury of sharp cutting was found on the head of the informant, which is of simple in nature, as detailed in the impugned order of the learned Sessions Judge, Jamui on

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 107 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
