The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Basantpur P. S. Case No.313 of 2017 registered under Sections 294, 372 and 373 of the Indian Penal Code, 3, 4 and 5 of Immoral Traffic Act and 14 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
