In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No.375 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made that the vehicle of the informant was hired by two miscreants for taking them to Mohammadpur, but in the midway they took away the vehicle of the informant on the point of pistol. The name of the petitioner has not been mentioned in the F.I.R. but his name has come on confessional statement of co-accused, Golu Thakur.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36487 of 2018(2) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
