The present restoration petition has been filed to restore the anticipatory bail petition filed through Cr. Misc. No. 23982 of 2015 which was dismissed for default vide order dated 17.12.2015.

The anticipatory bail petition was dismissed for default in the year 2015. The present petition for restoration has been filed after five years. The grounds taken for nonappearance is not credit worthy. As such, the modification petition is dismissed.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35533 of 2022(2) dt.13-07-2022 2/2 Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
