The petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail by this Court on 19.09.2017 in Cr.Misc.No. 44515 of 2017 vide order at Annexure-1 in connection with Complaint Case No. 483(C) of 2014 pending before the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City. The bail bond was to be furnished within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
The petitioner could not furnish bail bond and prayer is for extension of time to furnish bail bond. Further four weeks time is allowed for furnishing bail bond with condition that the petitioner would pay a cost of Rs.2,000/- to be deposited in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52625 of 2017 (3) dt.06-12-2017 Victim Compensation Fund and shall produce a receipt of deposit at the time of furnishing bail bond.
Accordingly, the modification application stands disposed of.
