Petitioner seeks bail in Dhansoi P.S. Case No.29 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that from the house of Binod Ram 125 bottles of foreign liquor each of 180 ML (total 22.500 ML) has been recovered. The petitioner was also arrested. It is alleged that petitioner was arrested from the spot.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 18.03.2019 having clean antecedents. There is no recovery from conscious possession of the petitioner. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

No.27556 of 2019(2) dt.29-04-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge 2nd cum Special Judge, Excise, Buxar, in connection with Dhansoi P.S.
