2. This contempt application has been filed asserting the
Patna High Court MJC No.2864 of 2012 dt.26-03-2015 2/2 non compliance of the order dated 07.12.2010 passed in C.W.J.C. No.5909 of 2010.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the order under contempt has already been complied with by the opposite party nos.3 and 4, respectively, the member Secretary, National Council for Teacher Education, Hans Bhawan, Wing-II, Bahadurshah Zafar Marg, New Delhi and the Regional Director, Eastern Regional Committee, National Council for Teacher Education, 15 Neelkanth Nagar, Nayapalli, Bhubaneshwar, Orissa vide order dated 03.03.2015 and, as such, he does not want to proceed with the case further.
4. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners that since the order under contempt has already been complied with by the concerned opposite party nos.3 and 4, therefore, no further action is required to be taken against the concerned opposite party(s).
