The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Simra P.S. Case No.26 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the oral statement of the injured victim Bimla Devi recorded at the Sadar Hospital, Aurangabad on the basis of which the FIR has been instituted wherein she has alleged that the petitioners set her on fire causing serious burn injuries after sprinkling Kerosene oil on her person, I am not
