The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 331 of 2016 dated 26.09.2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 144, 145, 353, 428 and 438 of the Indian Penal Code.
In a road accident, one child aged 10 years was killed. In protest by the persons of the locality, a blockade was held on the road and when the police party arrived, they were also attacked by stones.
Though the petitioner has been named in the FIR but nothing specific has been alleged against him. Many other persons also have been made accused in this case. Some of the accused persons have been granted
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33681 of 2018(2) dt.04-07-2018 2/2 bail.
Regard being had to the fact that many accused persons have been granted bail and nothing specific has been alleged against the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 331 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
