JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-11-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State through video conferencing. From perusal of report of the Additional Sessions Judge V, Supaul dated 19.10.2020 received in connection with Sessions Trial No. 449/2019, it appears that 4 prosecution witnesses have been examined and the next date fixed in the case is 3.11.2020.

In view of the report of the trial court, the bail petition of the petitioner is refused.

As the petitioner is in custody since 6.4.2019, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
