The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chandan P.S. Case No.171of 2018 for the offences under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1b)a, 26 & 35 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner one country made pistol with live cartridge were recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19.10.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-
