After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to move before the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 30.09.2015 passed in Miscellaneous Appeal No. 03 of 2014 by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority,
