2. This is an application for quashing of the order dated 08.03.2021 passed by the Special Judge, Vigilance, Patna in Special Case No. 15 of 2017 in connection with Vigilance P.S. Case No. 20 of 2017 against the petitioner by which the Court below has taken cognizance under Sections 13(1) (d) of P.C. Act and under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the IPC.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh discharge application which shall be considered by the concerned Court below in light of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Kanchan
