JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 26-11-2018 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of the Notification contained in Memo No. 972 dated 19.05.2015, whereby the Pradhikar has been constituted under the Bihar Anudanit Shikshan Sansthan Pradhikar Niyamavali, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as '2015 Rules'). The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11010 of 2014(4) dt.26-11-2018 2/2 petitioner to approach the Pradhikar constituted under the 2015 Rules. In the event the petitioner files a representation along with a copy of this order before the Pradhikar, the Pradhikar will examine the claim of the petitioner on its own merit. Under the aforesaid 2015 Rules, Rule 16 provides for grant of interim relief. The petitioner will be at liberty to file a petition for interim relief and the Pradhikar would be at liberty to examine the claim of the petitioner for grant of interim relief. The Court hopes and trusts that the Pradhikar will decide the application for grant of interim relief at the earliest, preferably within a period of two months from the date receipt of such application. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
