2. This application has been filed for seeking following reliefs:

(i) To register FIR against the persons who are out there to deprive the Petitioner of his property.

(ii) To investigate the matter expeditiously.

(iii) To ensure that the Petitioner is not disturbed in the enjoyment of his property being Shop No. G3, Hem Plaza, Fraser Road,

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.822 of 2025(2) dt.07-07-2025 2/2 Patna- 800001 Bihar which is at the front and for which the Petitioner was recently harassed as well as the other shops bearing no.s G8, G14 and B9 situated in the same building as G3.

3. Kotwali P.S. Case No.5117044250384 of 2025 has been registered on the complaint of the petitioner.
