2. Pursuant to the last order, though the husband is present, the wife could not attend the Court due to personal reason.
3. Both the sides are present through their respective Lawyers. A telephonic conversation also took place between the couple and the husband has undertaken that whatever loan the lady-wife took for herself/her son's treatment, he shall be paying the same from whom she has taken the loan. Further, he shall ensure that he keeps visiting the house for the welfare and future of the children. He shall be paying Rs. 5000/- to the lady every month by 10th of the said month.
4. Appreciating the stand taken by the petitioner as stated above that he has understood that for the future of his

No.31963 of 2024(7) dt.13-12-2024 2/2 children, he has to take extra steps to remove the rocks between them, this Court also would like to put on record word of appreciation for Mr. Shashank Shekhar for the petitioner and Mr. Rajoday Satyjeet who represents the informant which facilitated the conclusion of this petition.
5. The provisional bail granted to the petitioner on 08.07.2024 stands confirmed subject to the following conditions:
(i) the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the Trial Court and failure to do so for two consecutive dates without plausible reason will entail cancellation of his bail bond by the Trial Court itself;
(ii) the petitioner shall in no way try to induce or promise or threat the witnesses or tamper with the evidences, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds;
(iii) the petitioner shall desist from committing any criminal offence again, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/- U T
