The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 4 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 447, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners and others are alleged to have assaulted the members of prosecution party, injuring two persons, namely, Jagnarayan Paswan and Surjan Paswan.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is no specific accusation against them and the injuries suffered by the aforesaid two persons have been opined to be simple in nature except one injury over which, opinion had been reserved. That injury is in the nature of swelling and tenderness.

There was a minor scuffle between the parties but the petitioners have not chosen to file any case against the informant.

The petitioners are agnates of the informant and a land dispute has been existing between them for a very long time.

Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two
