This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 17.03.2020 passed by Addl. Sessions Judge, Hilsa (Nalanda) in connection with P.S. Case No. 522 of 2017/ Criminal Revision No. 352 of 2019 for the offence under Section 245 of Cr.P. C.

Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 submits that the charge has already been framed and the two witnesses have already been examined.

In these circumstances of the case, this application is dismissed.
