Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 356,379,35 I.P.C. later on charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioner under Section 394/414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant was allegedly robbed by unknown persons. Petitioner is in custody since 29.12.2019.

Submission is that a mobile phone was seized from possession of the petitioner and that is alleged to be a looted property whereas the same was of the petitioner. Petitioner was never put on T.I. Parade during investigation of the case which is already complete.

Considering the nature of material and period already

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32581 of 2020(3) dt.05-02-2021 2/2 undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ballia Police Station Case No.443 of 2019 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
