The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chandi P.S. Case no. 89 of 2016 registered under Sections 420, 409, 467, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he has got no criminal antecedent. He has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner never submitted any forged experience certificate rather office of the issuing authority failed to mention it in the office register. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stating that witnesses have supported the prosecution case.

No.230 of 2017 (3) dt.10-02-2017 2/2 Having considered facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Chandi P.S. Case no. 89 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
