Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tarari P.S. Case No. 75 of 2020 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 30.04.2020 and he has no criminal antecedent.
