Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 133 of 2016 registered under Sections302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that informant received informant that the dead body of her mother was found laying on a cot in the pool of blood. She was murdered by sharp cutting weapon and found marks on back of neck and head. Her mother hand land dispute with Lallan Singh, co-village, who had given threatening to murder. Villagers saw the said Lallan Singh near the house of the deceased at the time of occurrence. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.193 of 2017 (3) dt.13-02-2017 2/2 petitioner is not named in the first information report. In the entire case diary there is nothing against the petitioner. Petitioner is aged about 70 years suffering from different ailments.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 133 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
