JUSTICE RAMESH CHAND MALVIYA ORAL ORDER 17-05-2024 This is an application for modification of the order dated 20.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17337 of 2024 through which petitioner above named has been granted bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 20.03.2024 wherein in paragraph no.6 satisfaction of learned CJM, Bhojpur at Ara has been typed instead of learned CJM, Samastipur as well as father's name of the petitioner Vidhi Narayan Singh has been typed instead of Rakesh Singh.

The other parts of the order dated 20.03.2024 shall remain intact.
