The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 613 of 2020 registered under Section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. Further he submits that only on suspicion, the petitioner has been made accused in the instant case.

Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 39214 of 2021(4) dt.25-04-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Motihari (East Champaran) in connection with Mufassil P.S.
