2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"(i) for issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction or writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No.2 not to alienate/transfer or settle the private land belongs to the petitioner since the same was settled by way of registered settlement Deed made on 15th May 1948 in favor of Sri Raghu Ahir (Grand Father of the petitioner) & since then the same stands running in favor of the petitioner & further the petitioner is paying Malguzari Rent to the state too after vesting of Jamindari.

(ii) for issuance of appropriate writ order or

Patna High Court CWJC No.1774 of 2015(3) dt.08-07-2025 2/2 direction or writ in the nature of declaration that the settlement of Khata No.130 (old) & Plot No.998 (old) & Khata No. 282 (New) & 1333 (New) area measuring 0.30 Decimals in favor of Private respondent namely Sri Sipahi Ram is illegal & without jurisdiction on strength of registered settlement deed executed on 15.05.1948 & registered on 18.05.48 in return of yearly Lagan fixed Rs. One & 13.5 Anna Paisa. (iii) That for grant of any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner be found entitled in law be granted to them."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they have preferred second appeal which is presently pending and they shall be pursuing the matter before the said court.

4. Granting the said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
