Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mahkar P.S. Case No. 148 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. The allegation of assault on Deep Narain Yadav, who later on died, is not against this petitioner, rather it is against co-accused Sudhir Yadav. Moreover, similarly situated other co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28841 of 2019(2) dt.03-05-2019 2/2 Annexure-5. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Mahkar P.S.
