No. 7698 of 2012 representation of the petitioner has been disposed of by the Principal Secretary, Education Department, Bihar, Patna on 22.01.2015., which would appear from the Annexure-3/A to the supplementary show cause filed on behalf of opposite party no.4.

In view of the above submission, since the representation of the petitioner has already been disposed of, no action is required to be taken. Accordingly, this contempt application is disposed of.
