The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 156/17 registered under Sections 414 and 401 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegation made in the FIR that the petitioner and others deal in the stolen vehicles, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
