The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Nautan P.S. Case No. 49 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 147, 148, 149, 307, 109 and 325 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the written report it is alleged that Kisan Choudhary and Raju Chaudhary assaulted younger brother of the informant with Farsa and knife, on account of which, he fell down. Thereafter, other accused persons assaulted brother of the informant with lathi, danda. It is further alleged that the petitioners assaulted the brother of the informant Satish Ray with

Case diary has been received. The injury report of younger brother of the informant is available in paragraph 32 of the case diary.

Learned A.P.P. after looking into the case diary has submitted that Doctor after x-ray has found fracture in the 8th rib on right side of chest of Satish Roy, brother of the informant, which is opined to be grievous in nature.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

Petitioner may surrender before the court below and make prayer for regular bail which will be disposed off by the court below in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order, if possible, on the same day.
