2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 62 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The informant has alleged that the petitioner got married to her but he is now not accepting her as his wife.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 18.10.2023..

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge VIth-cum-Special Judge POCSO, Patna in connection with Mahila P.S.
