The petitioner seeks bail in Dharahra P.S. Case No.184 of 2019 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

On being searched, one country made pistol and five live cartridges are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that, the petitioner is in custody since 07.08.2019. Petitioner has of course got criminal antecedent but the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than one year five months.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Vishwjeet Kumar, learned
