The present writ application has been filed challenging the notification dated 07.07.2020 contained in Memo No. 173 (Annexure - 1 to this writ application) by which the Government has issued direction to all the Universities for taking admission in M.Ed. Course through common entrance test.

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7641 of 2020(5) dt.22-12-2020 2/2 respondent -State and referring to paragraph no. - 6 of the counter affidavit learned counsel for the State submits that the impugned resolution is applicable to Government training institutions only and since the petitioner's institution is a private training institution as such the present notification shall not be applicable with regard to admission in M.Ed Course of the petitioner's institution as such the grievance of the petitioner is unfounded.

In view of the statement made in the counter affidavit at paragraph no. 6 , learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this writ application.

Having heard learned counsel for parties and taking into consideration the statement of the respondent - State made in paragraph no. 6 of the counter affidavit, this writ application is disposed of as not pressed.
