JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 04-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend his arrest in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case no. 52 of 2017, registered under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing of the daughter of the informant by her husband and other in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry by administering poison.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are married Nanad, Dewar and mother-in-law of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56267 of 2017 (2) dt.04-12-2017 2/2 deceased against whom there is general allegation of torturing with the daughter of the informant.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M-VI, Nawada in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 52 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
