JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 11-02-2015 This application is for restoration of C.W.J.C. No.7056 of 2007 which was dismissed on 9.4.2013. It appears that this writ application was dismissed for non prosecution on 7.2.2012 when the same was restored vide order dated 20.3.2013 passed in M.J.C. No.1935 of 2012. Again when the case was taken up, none had appeared to press this application. In my considered opinion, no cogent ground has been put forward by the petitioners for restoration of this case. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.

However, this order would not come in way of the petitioners if they file fresh application for grant of reliefs mentioned in C.W.J.C. No.7056 of 2007 if the cause of action still survives.
